Processing Time
Most of our items are made to order. This is not including shipping time. Turn around time is up to two weeks at the moment. This can change due to order influx and the holidays. The customer will be informed if the turn around time changes. If there is a deadline that is in mind, please fill free to reach out to us. We will do our best to accommodate this deadline.
Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double check spelling and customizations details before placing the order. If there is an error on our part we will correct our mistake.
Receiving Your Order
Orders will be shipped though USPS. A pickup option is available to customers if they are local to Gray, LA. This option can be selected when placing the order.
